3cCanned undrained tomatoes; cut into chunks
1/2cCelery; minced
1/2tsDried oregano;
1/4tsDried basil;
1tbOnion flakes; minced
1/2tsSalt; to taste
2tsMargarine;
2tsSugar; or sugar sub
1dsPepper;

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir frquently while cooking.
